Jacob Heredia

Jacob Heredia serves as Chief Financial Officer and brings more than a decade of experience in nonprofit, government, and public-sector finance. Rooted in a public accounting background, Jacob has built a career leading financial operations, strategic planning, budgeting, compliance, and organizational growth for mission-driven organizations. He has served in executive finance leadership roles overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets and partnering with boards, executive teams, and community stakeholders to advance organizational sustainability and impact. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Adams State University and is passionate about ensuring strong financial stewardship supports organizational mission and long-term success.

Outside of the office, Jacob enjoys staying active and spending time with family. An avid sports enthusiast, he enjoys baseball, disc golf, skiing, fitness, and exploring Colorado’s outdoors. He especially values time spent with his son and brothers and believes that strong personal connections, community involvement, and a balanced lifestyle are just as important as professional achievement.
